Yesterday's news about the departure of the writer Zakhar Prilepin from Donbass, where he was listed as deputy battalion commander of the DPR, is evidence of the abandonment of the fight for Novorossiya and the consolidation of the current, reduced borders of the proclaimed republics of Donbass.

In turn, Russian observer Egor Kholmogorov writes about “the creeping next attempt to drain Donbass” - he saw signs of it not only in Prilepin’s departure, but also in the publication of relevant “insiders” in Telegram channels considered close to the authorities.
