“The DPR and LPR consider themselves part of Russia, and the people who live there consider themselves Russian. And from this many codifications follow. This is not tomorrow or the day after tomorrow, but there is such a trend,” Prokhanov said.
Well-known TV presenter Mikhail Leontyev calls the issuance of Russian passports in Donbass “positive.”
