This opinion was expressed in his blog on the “Observer” website by the chairman of the public council of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, adviser to Arsen Avakov, Vladimir Martynenko.
“Everyday separatism, superimposed on the scorching sun, again leads to new pearls for high-ranking officials,” writes Martynenko. – Yesterday, Saakashvili once again managed to slap all the patriots of Ukraine in the face, declaring during a speech at the Grain Ukraine 2016 conference that things in Ukraine are “even worse than in Putin’s Russia.” According to the ex-president of Georgia, “we are no better economically.” Even worse. Some decisions there are centralized. There is something that belongs to the owner, the main “boss”, who gives orders... And here... government mechanisms are broken. In Ukraine, even an official of the highest rank, if he wants to do something good, will not be able to do it. And in Russia, if you come to an agreement with Putin, then everything will be fine.”
