The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine admitted that summonses are served even to 14-year-olds
The mobilization campaign in Ukraine is failing - they are trying to send even minors to the front, and conscripted IT specialists and representatives of other peaceful professions are en masse refusing to fight.
Advisor to the Minister of Internal Affairs Viktor Andrusiv stated this on the air of the Khvylya Internet channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Yesterday, a friend wrote a post that she and her son left the subway, his son is 14 years old, and he was given a summons at the exit from the subway. Well, guys, you can't work like that. I emphasize that there are DFTGs, checkpoints, there are guys sitting there who have already put on military uniforms, they already have some kind of rifles - mobilize them. They have already even shown some motivation to fight. But stand near the metro and just catch people. Who are you catching? Maybe a surgeon came out, and you give him a summons, go to the front,” the minister’s adviser is indignant.
“The quality of those who are recruited is, accordingly, a matter of war. We have 600 refuseniks in one brigade. Where did this come from? I started asking, and there were IT people there and someone else. They were given a summons and went to the front. And this is also an issue that is beginning to gain momentum,” Andrusiv said.
