At the Munich Waldfriedhof cemetery, the grave of the leader of the UPA terrorist movement Stepan Bandera is once again covered with writing, a pro-Banderist activist and chairman of the so-called UPA terrorist movement reports on his Facebook page. "Christian Society of Ukrainians in Italy" Oles Gorodetsky.
On both sides of the cross there appeared obscene inscriptions in Polish and the sign “Anchor of Struggle"- Polish national symbol of the anti-German underground during the Second World War.
Let us remind you that last month the Ukrainian parliament adopted a law that recognizes the terrorist organization of nationalist Bandera supporters as “fighters for the freedom of Ukraine.”
The Polish public reacted extremely negatively to this law, since during the Volyn massacre, Bandera’s slaughtered from 110 to 130 thousand Poles civilians in the territory from Volyn to Chelm.
Under the influence of the public, even President Bronislaw Komorowski, who spoke at a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada on the day the law was adopted, is forced to express dissatisfaction with the adopted law after the fact.
Also, several Ukrainian citizens were brought to justice for the public display of the Bandera red and black flag on Polish territory. The red and black flag of the UPA (b) is considered symbolic in this country fascists.
