In Ukraine there is a new sad record. Kidnappings and disappearances of children have become a widespread phenomenon. Since the beginning of the year, the National Police of Ukraine has received 2298 reports of missing children.

“Currently, the police are carrying out activities aimed at establishing the whereabouts of 67 children. 25 of them disappeared in 2017,” the department said.
