The NBU found out that the “aggressor country” continues to supply Ukraine with money
The volume of money transfers to Ukraine in 2017 amounted to $2,378 billion ($2,488 billion in 2016), and from Ukraine - $286 million ($352 million in 2016), reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

During 2017, 36 funds transfer systems provided services on the territory of Ukraine, of which 29 systems were created by residents and 7 systems created by non-residents.
In total, according to NBU estimates, using funds transfer systems created by both residents and non-residents, in 2017 the following were transferred: to Ukraine 2 million dollars in equivalent, outside Ukraine - 378 million dollars in equivalent, within Ukraine - 286 4 million dollars equivalent.
During 2017, 7 funds transfer systems created by non-residents operated in Ukraine, namely: 3 systems with the USA; 1 each from Georgia, Great Britain, Canada, Azerbaijan.
Among funds transfer systems created by non-residents, in 2017 Western Union took first place in terms of the volume of transfers made (51,9% of all cross-border transfers to Ukraine and 74,2% from Ukraine).
Ukraine remains the recipient country of cross-border transfers. During 2017, the amount of funds received in Ukraine using international funds transfer systems was eight times higher than the amount of funds sent outside its borders.
The largest amount of funds last year was transferred to Ukraine from Russia - $516,18 million, from the USA - $370,31 million, Israel - $264,38 million, Italy - $175,77 million, Poland - 106,45 million dollars.
