In Nikolaev, deputies of the regional council began to strangle a friend - the fight was filmed
Today, June 8, during a commission meeting in the Mykolaiv Regional Council between the deputy from the Petro Poroshenko Bloc Fedor Barna and the representative of the Opposition Bloc Vladimir Frolenko.

“During the commission, the deputies constantly tried to “pin” each other. At one point, Barna invited Frolenko to “come out,” to which he agreed. Soon the deputies got into a fight in the corridor of the regional council. An unknown man also joined the fight and attacked Barna,” the report says.
It is noted that the first deputy of the regional council, Ivan Kukhta, and the deputy from the BPP, Vadim Olabin, tried to separate the brawlers.
As a result of the fight, both deputies were injured: they had numerous bruises, abrasions, and scratches. Barna's nose is bleeding.
However, one of the eyewitnesses was still able to get into the lobby and film the fight. The video shows how Frolenko squeezes Barna’s neck, while an unknown man beats him. Having looked at this fight without rules, Ivan Kukhta still decided to stop the fighters.
As a result, the meeting of the budget commission had to be closed urgently. However, the conflict was not over. Leaving the room, Vladimir Frolenko turned to the deputy head of the regional council, Andrei Krotov, with the words: “Andryukha, you are next.”
