This information was voiced on her social network page by Nikolaev public activist Elena Kabashnaya.
“These are human settlements in Nikolaev, Bolshaya Korenikha microdistrict. Who these ladies are and why they are in such conditions is unclear. Among them are 23 children,” she said.
Kabashnaya also referred to a press release from the regional police, according to which law enforcement officers
“In the Bolshaya Korenikha microdistrict, law enforcement officers “conducted operational and preventive testing of unauthorized settlements.”
The activist does not agree with the police version that the slums in Bolshaya Korenikha were created by smog mongers.
“This settlement was built to produce moonshine? I doubt it, however... Completely stupid, one-sided information from the Department of Preventive Activities... They could have put sane people in charge of compiling... Our police sing and dance in the form of the Southern Patrol much better than they compile information,” the Nikolaev activist summed up.
