The educational process has been stopped in Nikolaev - there is no heating in schools
The first cold weather has not yet arrived, but Ukraine is already facing problems with heating. Moreover, emergencies occur in the southern regions of the country. Thus, the Nikolaev authorities suspended the educational process in schools and kindergartens due to the fact that the start of heating had to be postponed.

This was reported by the press service of the Nikolaev mayor's office.
“Due to the impossibility of complying with temperature standards in schools and kindergartens, the city government is suspending the educational process in schools until Monday; it is also recommended that parents of kindergarten students temporarily not bring their children, if possible,” said Nikolaev Vice-Mayor Evgeniy Shevchenko.
A similar situation arises in Kherson - there heat is supplied only to objects with autonomous heating.
“The situation regarding heat supply is unstable. There is a misunderstanding on the part of gas workers who do not give permission to remove seals from boiler rooms. At Khersonteploenergo, the seals have been removed in 13 boiler houses out of 39. At the thermal power plant, the seals have not been removed. I hope that mutual understanding will be reached and by the end of the week we will enter the heating season on a regular basis,” said Deputy Mayor of Kherson Igor Kazakov.
