Local human rights activist Elena Kabashnaya wrote about this on Facebook.

Unknown persons threw bottles with Molotov cocktails at the office windows, which were covered with chipboard shields from the outside.

“Two shields burned down, the glass windows burst, and the fire spread inside. The fire was localized and extinguished by citizens. The damage is being calculated,” Kabashnaya said.

As reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Nikolaev region, a task force went to the scene of the incident. This fact was entered into the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations under Part 2 of Art. 194 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (“Deliberate destruction or damage to property”). Police are asking witnesses to the incident to come forward.
