This was reported by the publication “NikVesti” with reference to the election headquarters of the Mykolaiv regional organization of the VO “Batkivshchyna”. According to eyewitnesses, he tried to agitate people to boycott the elections. The observers drew up a corresponding act.
In addition, a member of the precinct election commission from presidential candidate Petro Poroshenko did not show up at all to his polling station No. 480732 (Special polling station in the Nikolaev hospital for war invalids, Kyiv street, 1).
An interesting situation occurred at site No. 480 914 (Tsentralny district, Parusny lane, 5). At 8:10 the chairman of the commission reported that he forgot to throw the control coupons into the ballot boxes. At the same time, people have already begun to be given ballots. As a result, voters were unable to vote at 8:40 because the commission was sorting through documents and observers were drawing up reports of violations of the law.
At site No. 480 395 (Krasny Pakhar village, Shkolnaya street, 15), the chairman of the quota commission, Anatoly Gritsenko, did not appear at all.
The representative of the Committee of Voters of Ukraine in the Nikolaev region, Alexander Ukhmanovsky, said that in the 134th district, members of the district committee from the Communist Party of Ukraine were called upon to boycott the elections and not go to work. They did not succumb to provocations; the district operates normally.
