“At the same time, the military personnel were informed that this card can be used in shops, supermarkets, and cafes in the city. If available, the buyer should receive a discount. Unfortunately, after the fighters tried to shop at the above-mentioned retail outlets, it became known that the card did not give them the right to a discount. It can only be used in the Foxtrot store and the VOG gas station network,” the publication reports.
