Recruiters who lured Russians into terrorist groups were detained in Norilsk

It is noted that both the recruiters themselves and their followers planned to join the ranks of terrorists fighting in Syria and Afghanistan.
“During an inspection of the suspects’ places of residence, communication devices, extremist literature and bank cards were found,” the report says.
The Investigative Committee initiated criminal proceedings against those detained under Art. “Promoting terrorist activities” and “Public calls for terrorist activities.”
Earlier in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine supported the terrorist attack in Chechnya and declared their readiness to help them.
