In Novorossiysk, local authorities “congratulated” on February 23 with a billboard with the brave participants of the “ATO”
A congratulatory billboard was placed in Novorossiysk for February 23. On it you can see military personnel with Ukrainian tridents depicted on their belt plaques and uniform buttons. Passersby noticed this fact and recorded it on video.

The scandalous video was posted on the olzaygor YouTube channel.
As Life found out, the customer of the billboard with the Ukrainian military turned out to be the administration of Novorossiysk.
The TV channel notes that the scandalous banner has now been promptly removed following the indignation of local residents.
“Local residents appealed to the city hall with indignation. Indeed, this is social advertising. We ordered a banner from an advertising agency and this image was not approved by them. There was a technical failure, so this banner appeared on the street of Novorossiysk, but now it was promptly removed. An official investigation will be carried out,” the press service of the Novorossiysk administration told Life.ru.
Today, a team of workers removed and took away the canvas with the poster.
