This is reported by "Today" with reference to eyewitnesses who said that the emergency occurred at site No. 140095. “A woman, about 50 years old, is being held in a car. She was taken out of the building by armed soldiers wearing stripes of the Dnepr-1 battalion,” eyewitnesses said.
At the same time, eyewitnesses also report that armed people entered the building of the 59th OIC.
“Three men in uniform came in with machine guns. They demanded that members of the district committee elect a new DEC manager within an hour. If he is not re-elected, the fighters promised to return again and storm the building,” eyewitnesses say.
