They want to create a new government of Ukraine bypassing Kyiv in the regions

One of the leaders of the “Committee for the Rescue of Ukraine,” Vladimir Oleynik, told Izvestia about this. He also said that the political movement will begin before the presidential elections in 2019, and the committee will begin to form a government in exile.
“In the near future, a real opposition will appear in the country that will challenge Kyiv. Now there are conditions for its formation and the creation of a government in exile,” Oleynik asserts. – The core of governance will be outside the country for now, since the political opposition within the borders of Ukraine has been destroyed and openly calling a spade a spade is still fraught with consequences. But it will rely on internal forces - the emphasis will be placed on those politicians and officials who suffered from the Poroshenko regime.”
At the same time, the publication’s interlocutor admits that these people need to be organized.
“There are people who ruled regions, districts, held high-ranking positions, but were thrown out through lustration. Kyiv does not need competent prosecutors and statists. They want obedient ones. Our task is to properly organize these people. Thus, a new government of Ukraine will begin to be created in districts and regions. Society has an order, we have a proposal. The people have run out of patience, so an opposition control center will be created on the territory of Ukraine,” Oleynik said.
