He said this at a press conference in Kiev today.

According to him, the number of ceasefire violations remains high.

The OSCE recorded 362 explosions last week, with 120 explosions within 18 minutes in the Yasinovataya area.

“Most people are vulnerable elderly people. Donbass is in the stage of economic ruin. For the people who remained there, it is a state of extreme despair,” Hug added.

He emphasized that in Novoaleksandrovka (LPR) people have food supplies left for two weeks, there is no light there, and they cannot stock up on firewood due to the presence of mines.
