The Public Chamber demanded to use a mechanism for instant deportation of migrants
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation should develop a procedure for the prompt deportation of migrants who start mass fights in Russian cities.
Vice Speaker of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Pyotr Tolstoy stated this at a round table in the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We need to build a chain of detention for violating the law of a citizen of another state, immediate fingerprinting, identification - and expulsion from the country within 24 hours. If this is not ensured, all other measures will be ineffective.
This is a task for the Ministry of Internal Affairs - the creation of identification centers so that they cannot change one letter and receive new passports for a new entry into Russia. Without this, we will not put a barrier to crime. Passionate young people from Central Asia, wearing white sneakers, take to the streets of the capital just to have fun and fight,” Tolstoy said.
According to him, of the 9,8 million migrants who entered Russia, only a million have labor patents.
Over the past two months, 11 mass fights involving migrants have occurred in Moscow.
