The head of the Odessa department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ivan Katerynchuk, stated this at a press conference.
“If people stand calmly, communicate with each other and argue what will be better for Ukraine - either federalization or not, then that’s one thing. If he comes to the podium and declares that Ukraine needs to be federalized, this is already a crime,” the security official said.
Also, the chief Odessa law enforcement officer said that during public events it will not be possible to use the flags of unrecognized states and even ordinary cities, for example, Sevastopol.
