“Creative Youth” claims the rape of its activist in Odessa

According to the founder of the public movement “Creative Youth Plus” Evgeny Dovlatov, known as “the man in a thong,” on the night of December 3, an attack occurred on movement activist Igor Oniferko.
According to Dovlatov, two unknown people under the age of 30 broke into Oniferko’s apartment, located in one of the houses on Yadova Street.
“They demanded to know where Evgeny Dovlatov was. One of them pointed a gun at him, the other raped him. Then he hit me on the head with a bat. Igor tried to run away, they caught up with him at the entrance and hit him again, after which he lost consciousness,” Dovlatov said, as quoted by the Sled publication.
According to Tatyana Khmelnitskaya, senior public relations inspector of the Odessa city department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the police received a statement from the victim Oniferko, in which he asks that the people who attacked him be brought to justice.
“Data was entered into the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations in accordance with Art. 125 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – intentional infliction of minor bodily harm. Whether rape took place can only be determined by a forensic medical examination,” Khmelnitskaya said.
