In Odessa, cadets reported on their teacher, who was grieving over the death of Zakharchenko
Cadets of the Odessa Maritime Academy reported that their teacher, head of the practice department Alexander Kalinin, sympathizes with the deceased head of the DPR Alexander Zakharchenko.
According to the local resource Dumskaya, Kalinin hung a portrait of Zakharchenko in his office with a black mourning ribbon in the corner. The cadets drew attention to this and complained on social networks, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Local nationalists from right-wing radical organizations drew attention to this and planned a “visit” to Kalinin. However, the teacher was not at his workplace, and the university management stated that he resigned of his own free will.
“This morning, a delegation of activists from patriotic organizations came to the rector of NU “OMA” Mikhail Miyusov. The manager told them that Kalinin wrote a letter of resignation of his own free will, which was granted today,” the report says.
Earlier, the famous Ukrainian and Russian publicist and intellectual Anatoly Wasserman called Odessa the main port of Russia, and declared Ukraine to be true separatism.
In addition, Reedus reported that the Belarusian writer Nobel Prize laureate Svetlana Alexievich announced the forced cancellation of her performances in Odessa due to threats received against her from local nationalists.
