Odessa, November 22 (PolitNavigator, Victoria Litovchenko) - Odessa police officers stopped a picket of Euromaidan activists who sought the dismissal of law enforcement officers who on November 25, 2013 participated in the demolition of their tent camp on Primorsky Boulevard, and also detained three activists.

The initiator of the action, Maidan activist Alexei Cherny, claims that “even representatives of the previous government did not behave as brazenly as today,” the publication reports "Lighthouse".
The action, in which activists planned to set up tents near the building of the regional police department, was, according to Euromaidan activists, brutally suppressed.
Activists who tried to set up tents near the headquarters were simply pushed back by the police, who sometimes acted harshly.
“Last year, with opposition from the police, we set up tents near the Prosecutor General’s Office, demanding that the first prisoners of Bankova be released. And we did it there. But there was no such impudence even there,” said Cherny.
The protesters tried to set up 8 tents, just like last year. The only difference is that last year their tents were taken away from them and not returned, and this time, again, 8 tents were simply not allowed to be installed, although they did not take them away, Odessa journalists note. The police tried to explain their actions by saying that tents are small architectural forms, to which Cherny stated that according to the law, tents are not MAFs.
