On the eve of the memorial service, authorities announced an anonymous report of mining in the square. Under this pretext, the police cordoned off the square near the House of Trade Unions.
However, in the end, several hundred people still came to the Kulikovo Field.
Those gathered unfurled portraits of the victims, as well as flags of Odessa.
Flowers are brought to the House of Trade Unions.
Participants in the mourning rally during their speeches stated that the murder of people in the House of Trade Unions was sanctioned by the Ukrainian authorities, who brought “football fans” to Odessa.
The speakers also recalled how the current head of the Odessa Regional Council, Alexey Goncharenko, filmed against the backdrop of corpses in the House of Trade Unions and reported on Savik Shuster’s show “about the liquidation of the nest of separatists.”
“Damn Goncharenko! Shame!”, “We will not forget, we will not forgive!” – the crowd then began to chant.
According to the participants of the action, all the actions of those responsible for the death of Odessa residents were recorded, their names are known.
