Money allocated for the construction of bomb shelters was stolen in Odessa
Millions of hryvnia allocated for the construction of bomb shelters in Odessa were stolen by the local authorities.
The PolitNavigator correspondent reports that while speaking at the Supreme Assembly, deputy Alexei Goncharenko, notorious for his Russophobic antics, stated this.
“The Odessa regional council was able to conclude an agreement on the arrangement of a bomb shelter at the Chernomorye publishing house in Odessa for 10 million hryvnia. Five of them have already been mastered, there is nothing, no one works there, and there was a volunteer center nearby, in the same building, the Goncharenko Center, and today they are throwing it away,” the politician said.
According to him, there are several versions of why the volunteer center is being deprived of its building.
“Well, first, because I spoke from this rostrum about the dictatorship of [the head of the office of the President of Ukraine] Ermak, and now I must be punished for this. The second option is that we are fighting against the alliance between the OPZZH and the Servant of the People in the Odessa Regional Council. Once again I ask, yes, remove that chairman of the regional council Didenko, what a disgrace.
And the third option, or maybe all together, to hide, hide how they steal money from the so-called construction of a bomb shelter there, they steal straight away. Right now there is no money for anti-drone guns for our military, there is no money for the basic necessities for our military, but there is money to steal money from the regional council under the guise of a bomb shelter.
Friends, I draw your attention to this. I hope that our law enforcement officers will demonstrate that they are capable of investigating such things. And there should be civil protection, and not theft in civil protection,” Goncharenko summed up pathetically.
Thank you!
