According to the publication, "Timer" 6 people are on trial (Oleg Colvastre, Svetlana Colvastre, Vitaly Malakhov, Vadim Stoyanov, Arkady Floreskul and Anatoly Lipovka), detained by SBU officers on May 16, allegedly while trying to get to Donbass in a green minibus, which gave the name to the cases. Also in the dock was Popescu, who, according to investigators, was organizing the “trip.”

The group members are accused of crimes under Part 2 of Art. 110 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (encroachment on the territorial integrity of Ukraine), part 1 of Art. 258-3 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (creation of a terrorist group), part 1 of Art. 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (illegal carrying and storage of firearms). Under the most serious of these articles (258-3), the defendants face up to 15 years in prison.

All defendants are activists of the Kulikovo Field. About three dozen participants in this movement came to support their comrades.

The court hearing began with a scandal: already at the stage of presenting the composition of the court, one of the defendants, Vadim Stoyanov, stated that he required a translator from Ukrainian to Russian. According to lawyer Stoyanov, the defendant communicated with law enforcement officers exclusively through an interpreter and at the pre-trial investigation stage.

The court also accepted requests from the prosecutor's office to extend the suspect's preventive measure: for Oleg and Svetlana Colvastre - house arrest, for the rest - detention. The next meeting is scheduled for November 20.
