The sound of the explosion was clearly heard on Balkovskaya, in the Kirkha area, on Slobodka and even on Cheryomushki, reports the Timer publication. According to preliminary information, the explosion occurred in the area of Mechnikovsky Square.
According to users of social networks, the volunteer center at Staroportofrankovskaya, 14a was blown up.
Let us note that this is already the 15th explosion in Odessa, despite the fact that several stages of the anti-terrorist operation have been implemented since the end of last year.
