“We have just completed the first stage of the anti-terrorist operation in Odessa and the region. Several groups of people were detained,” said Vasily Vovk, head of the Main Investigation Department of the SBU.
According to him, the second stage of the ATO will allow for an almost complete cleansing of Odessa from sabotage groups and terrorists.
“The second stage will allow us to do an almost complete cleanup of Odessa. It is very difficult to take responsibility for such words, but I dare to take it upon myself, because I know the whole range of actions taken not only by the SBU, but also by the police, the prosecutor’s office, and with the help of our patriotic assistants of Ukraine, including volunteers, who are already helping us even in the investigation of terrorist acts,” Vovk said.
As PolitNavigator reported, earlier an anti-terrorist operation began in Odessa due to sabotage.
