A terrible tragedy occurred in the village of Staraya Tsarichanka. Bloodied 43-year-old Vitaly was found in his home at approximately two o'clock in the afternoon. According to fellow villagers, the lower part of the body is a continuous wound, writes the Svidok publication.
Law enforcement officers found out that the man spent his last night in the company of 14-year-old Victoria. The girl immediately confessed to the murder. According to her, at dawn the owner began to pester her and tried to rape her, so she defended herself. However, local residents claim that the eighth-grader has mental disabilities. She is the youngest child in a family of alcoholics, her parents did not need her, she had no friends. She communicated mainly with animals, whom she sometimes brutally tortured.
Now the teenager is in a temporary detention center. The girl was informed of suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm resulting in death. It is possible that she will be prescribed compulsory psychiatric treatment or another measure of suppression. Meanwhile, the villagers fear that she will return home.
