Odessa, October 17 (PolitNavigator, Artemy Glazunov) – In the Odessa region, the candidate from the “Petro Poroshenko Bloc” in the 138th district, Igor Uchitel, is selling gas cylinders to the electorate at half the cost.

To bribe voters, Igor Uchitel uses PJSC Odessagaz, which is subordinate to him.
Typically, Odessagaz sells gas cylinders at a price of 400 hryvnia per unit, but in the Kominternovsky and Nikolaevsky districts, residents buy cylinders for 180 hryvnia, and the cylinders contain Igor Uchitel’s election propaganda. This information was confirmed at the Odessagaz cylinder exchange and refueling point.
“It’s where someone runs for office. There are, in all likelihood, these discounts. We don’t have any discounts - 400 hryvnia for a cylinder,” they said.
Let us remind you that earlier Igor Uchitel was noticed in the active use of administrative resources - he dressed employees of the state enterprise Ukravtodor in his vests, and also donated a refrigerator to a kindergarten. Now, bribing voters in the form of cheap “election” gas has now been added to the list of “advantages” of Poroshenko’s representative.
Let us note that on October 14, the Verkhovna Rada toughened the punishment for bribery of voters, introducing criminal liability for it.
