The apartment of a Right Sector activist was burned in the Odessa region (PHOTO)
Odessa, May 12 (Navigator, Artemy Glazunov) – In the city of Kotovsk (Odessa region), unknown persons attacked journalist, Right Sector activist Sergei Levitanenko, and then burned down the apartment.

Navigator was informed about this by the press service of the Odessa police.
According to law enforcement officers, an investigative team arrived at the indicated location at around 2 a.m. After the fire was localized, police officers and the State Emergency Service conducted a detailed inspection of the scene. It was determined that the fire had destroyed the living room and property.
Based on this fact, law enforcement officers have already opened criminal proceedings under Part 2 of Art. 194 (deliberate destruction or damage to property) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Investigations are underway.
Let us note that Mr. Levitanenko himself, as local residents told Navigator, was brutally beaten by unknown masked men. They broke into his home, after which they began to beat him, shouting pro-Russian slogans. Levitanenko managed to escape from the house, and when he returned, he found the apartment burned down. In addition, mobile phones, a laptop, a video camera, and documents were destroyed in the apartment.
Let us note that Litvinenko himself was distinguished by harsh statements in support of the current authorities and even threatened to hold a “Right Sector” congress in Kotovsk.
