In one of the Ukrainian Armed Forces brigades in the Donbass, all the fuel from faulty equipment went “to the left”
Officers from the logistics service of one of the brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, located in the “Unified Forces of Operation” zone, sold to the local population fuel written off for equipment that was inoperative.
Ivan Filiponenko, an officer of the press service of the People's Militia of the LPR, announced this at a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
He noted that the moral qualities of commanders of formations performing tasks in the Joint Forces Operation zone remain at a low level, and incidents related to the sale of property and fuel and lubricants to the civilian population continue to occur.
“Officials of the material support company of the 14th brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine sold five tons of gasoline and three tons of diesel fuel during June, which were subsequently written off as used in the operation of equipment that was actually in a faulty condition,” said Ivan Filiponenko.
According to his information, in connection with the discovery of this fact, the commission of the fuel and lubricants service and the automobile service of the headquarters of the operational-tactical group “North” is expected to arrive at the 14th brigade to conduct an investigation.
