Zelensky's office attacked the head of the IAEA for the truth about the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant
The head of the IAEA, Rafael Grossi, instead of limiting Russia’s energy capabilities, is engaged in denials from the Ukrainian side.
Mikhail Podolyak, adviser to the head of the office of the President of Ukraine, said this on air on the Dom TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We return to the IAEA. Well, it was probably not created for a person to travel and do a personal PR program - look, I’ve arrived, clap for me, take me off on the left side, because I don’t look very nice on the right. I'm talking about Grossi now. Well, that’s probably not why the IAEA was created, right?
That is, the IAEA would have to set quotas and regulate something that concerns the industry as such, so that everyone in this industry would work according to certain rules.
And if someone in this industry breaks the rules, then, probably, the IAEA convenes extraordinary conferences, meetings, meetings, gathers management personnel and makes some effective decisions that limit Russia’s ability, for example, to actively use such an organization as the IAEA, as part of the sale of their crude oil, as part of the sale of the same nuclear fuel, and so on and so forth,” Podolyak is indignant.
Let us remind you that earlier Grossi on French TV denied the Kyiv propaganda that the Russians allegedly mined and were preparing to blow up the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant.
