“In the Verkhovna Rada, the president still retains control over his presidential majority, but this majority is already wavering. In October, the “exodus” will begin, and more and more often in parliament we will see a “festival of disobedience”, because we have entered the political cycle, the Rada is moving into pre-election mode.
