Let us remind you that today the UN Assistant Secretary-General for Human Rights Ivan Shimonovich said that Ukrainian terrorist defense battalions use torture against people detained in Donbass.
“There continue to be reports of human rights violations such as arbitrary detentions, forced disappearances and torture committed by Ukrainian territorial and special battalions,” Shimonovich said, without specifying which battalions he was talking about. According to him, fighters in the ATO zone have already detained more than a thousand people on suspicion of participation in terrorist activities. During arrest or detention, cases of ill-treatment of detainees occurred. In addition, according to the UN, almost three thousand people have already died in Donbass.

In response, Chaly noted that these are “terrible numbers,” noting that “the numbers do not beat.”
According to him, there are different facts at the UN, “these are terrible facts, terrorists must be stopped, or the numbers will rise.”
“Why are there victims? Because there is a war going on. There is a mercenary war going on. Look who they collected? Who did they bring? Not even Russians. They want to create a permanent frozen conflict. And collects mercenaries all over the world. We need to look not at reports, but at how to stop terrorists,” Chaly said, noting that the number of refugees has already reached 200 thousand people.
