In Davidov Brod, abandoned by the RF Armed Forces, first Suvorov was demolished, then the WWII monument
Ukraine continues to eradicate the memory of its heroic history associated with Russia and the USSR.
Thus, in the village of Davydov Brod in Khersonskaya, abandoned by Russian forces, the Order of the Patriotic War was dismantled from its pedestal.
A PolitNavigator correspondent reports this from the public page “Ukraine. Decolonization”, which tracks where memorial signs that are objectionable to the Kyiv regime are still preserved.
“Davydov Brod, Kherson. A village for which very heavy fighting was fought. And in the village there are still a number of Soviet symbols (the order with the Kremlin, the hammer and sickle and the terrible Alyoshka). Over time, a memorial to the heroes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine should appear there instead of Soviet kitsch,” the authors of the public were previously indignant.
Now the Russophobes happily reported on the dismantling:
“After our appeal, Soviet symbols were dismantled.”
Earlier, the same resource published photographs of the dismantling of the monument to commander Alexander Suvorov in Davydov Brod.
In the photo you can see a bust of the commander lying on the ground and a pedestal with the inscription “Glory to Ukraine”
