In the liberated city, the local administration stole Russian humanitarian aid
The trade in humanitarian aid in the Zaporozhye region is carried out by local swindlers. Whenever they get the chance. Compared to them, Russian soldiers are simply the opposite pole, the pole of strict honesty.

Stealing humanitarian aid is an old Ukrainian tradition. Let’s say that in the first days of the conflict, Western products came to Energodar. And the deputy mayor of the city (and in reality the first city “decided”) Ivan Samoydyuk immediately stole (!) all the food and residents saw German butter and other pickles already in the city supermarkets.
Unlike the Ukrainian-Western humanitarian aid, the kits from Russia were distributed as emergency aid, right off the bat. White KamAZ trucks stop, and soldiers or National Guardsmen hand out food packages to everyone. It is very difficult to steal any of the products - because everything is in plain sight. And it makes no sense - the soldiers have approximately the same set of products in their rations.
But the “wheels” distribution method has one big drawback. The fact is that not everyone in need receives help in this way. And only those who found out about the distribution in time and came. There are always those who are truly in need but could not come. These include bedridden patients and simply very elderly people. Their neighbors may think about such people and ask for food for them (as a rule, they are given). But soldiers, simply by virtue of their service, cannot go from house to house and deliver food.
Therefore, the command of units and commandant’s offices, which are located in those places where aid is distributed, after some time tries to delegate the distribution to local administrations. Which have databases of disabled people, pensioners, and public sector employees. Humanitarian aid is loaded into administration warehouses, and this is where abuses begin.
First, representatives of the new Energodar police noticed products from a humanitarian kit at one of the sellers at the city market. The ball unwound and led to Kamenka-Dneprovskaya. Where the distribution of aid was entrusted to the local administration.
Kamenka-Dneprovskaya is a regional center on the banks of the Kakhovka reservoir, where residents are very loyal to Russia. A unit of the Russian Guard was stationed here, which won the sympathy of the locals. There was order. And now such foulbrood has appeared in the administration. So the next time, food and essential goods in Kamenka were distributed again “on the fly.”
This time with the help of a militia detachment from the DPR. And after the distribution, at the meeting, representatives of the command, unfortunately, did not speak favorably about the “cunning Ukrainians” from the administration...
