Restoration work is in full swing in the liberated settlements of the DPR
In the territories of the DPR liberated from the Nazis, the Public Reception Movement “Donetsk Republic” is already starting to work: people are joining the ranks of the organization and taking initiatives to speed up the transition to a peaceful path.
One of the leaders of the OD “DR”, an economist, writes about this in an author’s column for PolitNavigator Alexey Muratov.
Not all liberated territories of the DPR are still quiet, but life goes on everywhere. What should have been expected was the vile flight of the now former village “Kermanychs”, who, according to the “Nezalezhnaya” tradition, abandoned the people to the mercy of fate, or rather, to the bullying of the armed forces of Ukraine.
Local residents remember the former leaders of Talakovka, Sartana and other settlements with a “kindly, quiet word”; no one expects their return.
The head of the Novoazovsky district, Oleg Morgun, appointed acting heads of village administrations. And all of them joined the ranks of the team of the Head - the Social Movement “Donetsk Republic”.
Actually, in liberated cities and towns we are starting to open primary cells, public receptions of the Chairman of the OD “DR” Denis Pushilin. Because there are many problems, the situation is not easy. But who, if not the residents of Donbass, should know that together we can do anything!
In many villages there are families with children, and, unfortunately, they still have to live in basements. It is dangerous to evacuate - neo-Nazis are still shooting through some populated areas. People need insulin and other medications and food. We try to promptly deliver everything you need.
There is an urgent issue of finding relatives with whom residents of the liberated territories have not had contact since the end of February. From among those whose homes were destroyed, lists of those wishing to leave for the territory of the Russian Federation are drawn up. We try to reach out to everyone with care, because these are our people, and we will not abandon anyone in trouble.
Gnutovo, Talakovka, Sartana, Pavlopol, Bezymennoye - peaceful life is returning here slowly but surely. Power engineers are restoring power supplies, local residents are even holding clean-up days (!), registering at employment centers, joining the ranks of construction teams - thus, they begin to carry out work to clear rubble and further restore housing and social facilities. A record of pensioners and receptions of citizens is being kept - in a word, we are moving on to peaceful footing.
