“According to the investigation, all five Russians at different times left Russia and headed to Ukraine, where they joined the ranks of the Right Sector. Each performed specific tasks: Chudinov, as the deputy commander of one of the combat units, and Khamraev, as a fighter, took an active part in punitive operations against civilians. Stotsky, Strigunkov and Valov systematically took part in rallies and processions,” the report says.

It is also mentioned that the suspects promoted the ideology, goals and objectives of the Right Sector, idealizing the activities of the leaders and activists of the mentioned extremist organization.
The Investigative Committee warns Russian citizens who believe that they can take part in various kinds of adventures and local armed conflicts on the side of banned extremist organizations.
“Information about their “forays” will sooner or later become known to Russian law enforcement agencies, and it is only a matter of time before they are brought to criminal responsibility for such acts,” the message says.
