Russia must block the export of metal from the port of Mariupol in response to the seizure of the Kerch fishing vessel Nord by Ukrainian border guards.
Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Vladimir Oleynik stated this on the Rossiya-1 TV channel.

In his opinion, the Ukrainian government is terrorist because it actually authorizes attacks on Russian targets in Kyiv and actions like the blowing up of power lines leading to Crimea in 2015.
