In response to Ukrainian bans and threats, other Western musicians will follow the Scooter group to Crimea. Russian Senator Sergei Tsekov told PolitNavigator about this.

“The more people are banned from traveling to Crimea, the more artists, journalists, and politicians will come. There is usually a protest against a ban in any society. If they prohibit it, it means it’s interesting. You need to go and see with your own eyes. More and more foreigners come to Crimea, they very quickly become convinced that what their media says is absolutely not true,” Tsekov said.
Let us remind you that the fake Ukrainian “prosecutor’s office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea” opened a criminal case against musicians from the German techno group Scooter, who performed on Friday at the vineyards in Balaklava near Sevastopol. The GPU claims that the Germans face up to 8 years in prison for flying to Crimea via Moscow without consent from Kiev.
“Ukraine is acting as usual. She has developed some cliches and slaps them on everyone who comes to Crimea. Including musicians. She is offended by everyone, even those she considers close allies. As for creative people, what kind of policy might there be when musicians come to any part of the globe? They drive wherever they feel safe,” comments Tsekov.
