Verkhovna Rada deputy Victoria Voitsitskaya writes about this in her blog, noting that she understands the fact that there were many law enforcement officers at the sites of the latest Kyiv protests who did not allow any serious incidents to occur.
“But explain why so many people and equipment were brought in to guard the private residence of the president? And the road was blocked for a while? Who is there to be afraid of? And I photographed only a small part of the people and equipment,” the deputy said, posting the corresponding photographs.
“I asked the guys why there was such a huge number of security forces... the answer was “wonderful”: exercises are being carried out,” Voitsitskaya added.
