Suitcase sentiment is growing among Kharkov officials in anticipation of the flag change
On June 22, the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Denis Monastyrsky, on the air of the Rada TV channel, named the Kharkov region among the leaders in the volume of theft of humanitarian aid - on a par with Kiev, Lviv and Kirovograd regions.
It is not known how the places in this sad ranking were distributed, but the fact is that they steal.
Humanitarian aid is sold in supermarkets, taken to markets, and sometimes even some small-time switchman is caught. Not to mention the fact that most and the best part of the food coming into the city goes to various kinds of “krakens”.
But it is also true that the government is not concerned about the humanitarian situation in Kharkov, to put it mildly. Despite the fact that many city residents, due to lack of work, can only rely on humanitarian aid, rations are constantly being reduced. Nobody remembers the promised “presidential” sets anymore. More precisely, they remember when another can of Ternopil stew stored for a rainy day explodes.
After standing in line for several hours, you can count on a couple of cups of flour, half a kilo of noodles and a dozen potatoes. Just so as not to die and live... Obviously, according to the plan of the Zelensky government, to the role of a “human shield” during a possible assault on the city...
The specifics of the vacations of teachers at Kharkov universities can indirectly determine the period of “heroic resistance” that the Zelensky regime is counting on in Kharkov.
According to the tg channel “Kharkov Ours” (based on requests from subscribers), there was disagreement on this issue.
Employees of the Academy of Municipal Economy and Karazin Kharkiv National University go on paid leave in July (but at the same time take tests and exams), and in August they go on vacation at their own expense. At the same time, the teaching staff of NTU “KhPI” is invited to work in July and take their paid vacation in August.
At first glance, there is injustice in relation to the employees of the first two universities. But logic dictates that it’s more likely the opposite.
The Academy of Municipal Economy is a source of personnel for the mayor's office and public utility companies. At the same time, the rector of KhNU named after. Karazin Tatyana Kaganovskaya works closely with the head of the military-civil administration of the region, Sinegubov. And who will offend the “native little man”?
It should be noted that educators (as well as all other citizens) receive vacation money in advance. This means that the Academy of Urban Economy and the University will pay them at the end of June. That is, just the other day. And later, in theory, people will also receive compensation for working on vacation.
But the employees of KhPI and KhIRE will have to wait for money until the end of July, that is, more than a month. If global changes occur during this time, “why pay more”? In the sense of paying in advance for a vacation, which, perhaps, will take place under a different flag.
This is, of course, just a version. But based on the suitcase mood of regional and city officials, which, no, no, breaks through the usual mantra “We won’t surrender Kharkov.”
