In anticipation of war, LPR militias are fighting drunks and rowdies
Moscow - Kyiv, June 30 (Navigator, Mikhail Stamm) - In Lugansk, militias completely replaced the police. There are no other law enforcement officers at all - only a couple of traffic police cars that have recognized the LPR are on duty on the outskirts. The administration of the republic has set up a hotline, and now people call it, as before, on 02. Those arrested for violating public order dig trenches and wash floors.

Time “X” begins at 11 pm, KP reports. The city is not dying out - taxis and buses continue to travel, and late residents rush home. The militia will check the documents of some, and they may even give someone a ride home. But a drunken party can land you in the basement.
“We are checking every single vehicle,” the senior of our group, a militiaman with the call sign Odessa, instructs the fighters. – If the driver is suspicious, we ask him to get out. If there is someone else in the car, the driver should be between you. So as not to be in the line of fire."
“There are a lot of drunk drivers now,” Odessa complains. – It seemed to many that power in Lugansk had ended. Well, then we’ll convince them that it was just an illusion.”
Around midnight these words are confirmed. One by one, the militias catch three drunk drivers, and one of them is a biker. He drove a cool chopper around the city with 1,6 ppm in his blood and said that he drives even better drunk. And two more drunks were completely shocked - they were driving a car with a long-broken tire - a bent disk with scraps of remaining rubber rumbled so much that it seemed as if a column of tanks was moving.
Odessa sent everyone caught for examination to a local drug dispensary, and then home. The militia moved the cars and motorcycle to the administration parking lot. In the morning, after paying a substantial fine, the iron horses can be taken away.
Only those who were violent and tried to resist during arrest are sent to the basement. Fighters are transported in trunks - the militias do not yet have paddy wagons. Such revelers have every chance of getting 10 days of arrest: the “condemned” can be found anywhere - in particular, they wash the floors in the administration and dig trenches at the checkpoint near the village of Metalist.
