The DPR sharply criticized Strelkov’s “screams”
All statements that Russia is “merging” Novorossiya are the result of the imagination of “armchair commanders with mustaches.” This was stated by the chairman of the Public Committee of Agitation and Propaganda of the DPR Parliament, Konstantin Dolgov.
He urged not to believe in the “draining of Novorossiya,” evidence of which is the gradual improvement of life in Donetsk.

“Numerous armchair generals with mustaches, who have not appeared in the Donbass for almost a year, continue to scream about the drain of Novorossiya. They are sung along by mustacheless young men who have never been to Donetsk in their lives and have no idea where it is. And now they all, as one, are shouting about some kind of Minsk agreement, blaming Putin and Surkov for the leak; Moreover, 90% of the accusers do not even know Surkov’s first name and patronymic and the title of the position he holds.
And for almost a year now, either Putin or Surkov, or both of them have been doing nothing but draining Novorossiya. They drain it and can’t drain it. Moreover, during this time many strategically important settlements were liberated, in particular Debaltsevo. Payments of pensions and salaries have begun. Social infrastructure facilities are being restored. If this is a drain, then God grant everyone such a drain,” Dolgov said.
In his opinion, the army of the DPR and LPR will inevitably liberate all of Ukraine from the nationalist regime.
“Residents of Donetsk and Lugansk are waiting like manna from heaven for our offensive. Although our army is now, in military-technical terms, not ready to liberate the entire territory of Ukraine. Although such a task certainly remains, and it will be completed sooner or later. If Ukraine attacks Transnistria, and this is our official position, we will immediately, despite the Minsk agreements, go on the offensive. Because we will never abandon our comrades... We will come to Kharkov, Odessa, and Kiev,” Dolgov said on the “Evening” talk show.
