PACE found out that Ukraine has no allies
The scandal with the education law, which restricts the right of national minorities in Ukraine to receive education in their native language, has contributed to the fact that Ukraine has lost allies on its western borders, as became clear at the recent PACE meeting during Petro Poroshenko’s speech.

Political scientist Oleg Voloshin stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I don’t remember a situation when entire national delegations, entire states opposed Ukraine. Now we see this situation - these are national delegations of neighboring countries. Let's remember Petro Poroshenko's fiery speech on Independence Day, when he said that Ukraine has two reasons to count on success in countering Russian aggression. The first is our wonderful army, the second is our allies. Now, as it turns out, we have no allies. At least there is no monolith of the allies in the western direction. Moreover, we risk plunging into the abyss of a crisis in relations with Hungary, which in some respects will resemble the crisis in relations with Russia. And this in itself could be the beginning of the end not only for the Ukrainian government, but also for the Ukrainian state in its current form. In principle, Ukraine will not tolerate a war on two fronts,” he said.
