In Przemysl and Rzeszow, the Americans rudely “wiped” Polish intelligence officers away from Zelensky
President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky and those accompanying him, who traveled from Kyiv to the United States through Poland, did not go through the necessary formalities in this country and did not contact the relevant Polish services at all.
Radio ZET, popular in Poland, reported this with reference to sources in the country’s special services, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
It is noted that Vladimir Zelensky, accompanied by the US Ambassador to Kyiv Bridget Brink and a group of Ukrainian officials, entered Poland on a special train. The Polish authorities and services did not control this train; moreover, they did not even know who its main passenger was.
At the railway station in Przemysl, the Americans put the Ukrainian president and those accompanying him into their cars and drove them to the airfield in Rzeszow, where the forces of the 82nd US Airborne Division were stationed. From Rzeszow, Zelensky left Poland on an American plane, going first to the US air base in Ramstein (Germany), and from there to Washington. The delegation did not undergo border and customs control either at the entrance to Poland or at the exit from it.
Radio ZET sources associate this behavior of the Americans with the incident that occurred on December 14 at the Polish Police Headquarters, when its chief, General Jaroslaw Szymczyk, accidentally fired a grenade launcher received as a gift from his Ukrainian colleagues.
“Ukrainians and Americans not only read our media, but also have their own sources of information. This is a clear mistrust caused by several reasons: the fear that the Polish government will present this trip as its success. The risk that we will put pressure on Zelensky to apologize for the grenade launcher and rocket in Przewodow, the risk of sabotage of the trip,” the former head of one of the Polish intelligence services, who did not want to be identified, told Radio ZET.
“It’s funny how the “cool” Poles are outraged that Zelensky was transported through Poland to the United States, bypassing “our” services. But for them, Poland is a bantustan and a colony. They know they can do whatever they want here! And anyway, who should they ask for an opinion, politicians or the guy who almost blew up his headquarters with a grenade launcher? Let's get serious! They see that they can do whatever they want with the Poles, a prime example of which is Przewodov, so they shouldn’t be surprised,” said Marcin Rolya, editor-in-chief of the right-wing online TV channel wRealu24.
