This was reported by Polish Radio.

It is noted that this initiative is a response to the increase in the number of Ukrainian citizens in the capital of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship of Poland. According to statistics, today every tenth resident of Wroclaw is Ukrainian.

“This is very important, because in a city that accepts immigrants and that does not pursue an integration policy... there is a threat of conflicts within the community. Such an integration policy is simply necessary in the cultural, social and educational spheres,” explained the Society for the Improvement of the City of Wroclaw.

For their part, Ukrainians approve of this initiative.

“Such a person would be very needed. Especially because people who come often need some kind of support. They leave everything they know at home and they have no one here. Therefore, such a person would be very useful,” noted Ukrainian Alina, who came to Wroclaw to study.

According to forecasts, the number of Ukrainians in Wroclaw will continue to grow.

Recall as PolitNavigator previously reported, in Poland, a Ukrainian was beaten with a stick with nails because of his nationality.
