On the night of September 11, unknown persons damaged five memorial plaques to the fallen participants in the war in Donbass.

“Among those present were ATO fighters and mothers of fallen soldiers. The protesters complained about the inaction of the police, that they did not protect the memorial plaques and did not want to look for those responsible. According to some protesters, a group of separatist-minded individuals has formed in Poltava and the police are not responding to this,” the report says.
