In Poltava, an ATO participant raped a nine-year-old girl
A conscript from the ATO zone was detained in Poltava for unnaturally raping a 9-year-old girl.

According to the police, the rape occurred on June 8, the ATO officer was detained on June 10. He is 41 years old.
According to law enforcement officers, an ATO officer attacked a child in one of the entrances of a high-rise building on Alexander Bidnogo Street in the Levada microdistrict.
Also, after the child was raped, the ATO officer took 8 hryvnia and a mobile phone.
The rapist is a resident of the city of Zheltye Vody, Dnepropetrovsk region.
“After he was mobilized into the army, he came to Poltava to undergo training at the training ground of one of the military units. It was also established that he had already been prosecuted for robbery,” the prosecutor’s office added.
The girl was sent for a forensic medical examination, including a biological one.
Criminal proceedings were opened based on preliminary qualification – Part 3 of Article 153 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (unnatural rape of a minor).
Law enforcement officers are preparing a report of suspicion.
